everything Soleil sells is handmade, therefore expect small inconsistencies and variations in color, size, and style. we have done our best to show you true representations of the products on this website.  

because everything ships internationally from Morocco, returns are not accepted. please contact us directly at hello@soleilmorocco.com if you have a problem with your order or if a product arrives damaged and we will be happy to assist you.

international shipping typically takes about 2-3 weeks to reach you, from the time your order is fulfilled. US shipping takes 1-2 weeks to reach you, from the time your order is fulfilled. it can sometimes take longer and we thank you for your patience. you will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.
